Eight In-House Stages, Zero Hand-Offs

The Dongguan cluster lets us run the entire chain locally — from first sketch to certified finished product without leaving the city. Each stage below hands off with written records, so a design change never disappears between departments.

ID Design

Frame styling and wearability-first ergonomics, reviewed against your brand language. 3D files are issued for structure and optics hand-off.

Structure

Hinge, temple, battery and module placement engineered for the target weight class — 27.6–40 g on audio platforms. Mold and material choices are fixed here.

Optics

Lens stack, waveguide bonding or display alignment tuned to your chosen display route. Optical inspection runs on the bonding line itself.

SMT

Mainboards, antenna and camera modules assembled on our in-house SMT lines. 8MP and 12MP camera modules are aligned on the same line.

Assembly

Class-10,000 clean-room final assembly with per-station traceability records. Every unit carries a serial-scannable build history.

Testing

Audio frequency response, OTA, RF, battery aging, drop and IP tests — every unit logged, every defect quarantined before packing.

Certification

CE, FCC, BQB and UN38.3 documentation prepared in parallel with production, not after the fact. Pre-compliance testing saves 2–4 weeks.

Shipping

Battery-compliant export packaging and door-to-door freight with full customs documents, including MSDS and UN38.3 reports.

Mainboards, Antennas and Camera Modules, In House

Our SMT lines place mainboard components, tune antennas and align camera modules under the same roof as final assembly — so a late spec change doesn't bounce between subcontractors and cost you a season.

Antenna OTA tuning and RF checks happen on site, and every battery pack is charge-cycled before it ever reaches a frame.

Keeping electronics assembly internal is what makes 14-day prototypes and 30–45-day mass production windows repeatable, program after program.

Optics Lab and Acoustic Chamber, On Site

Two labs decide whether a frame sounds and looks right before it ships: the optics line inspects every bonded waveguide and lens stack, and the acoustic chamber tunes drivers and microphones against measured targets rather than taste.

Class-10,000 Clean-Room Assembly

Final assembly runs in a class-10,000 clean room with air showers, ESD control and per-station traceability. Optics bonding and camera module seating happen in the cleanest zone of the floor — the stage that decides how a frame survives its first year.

Hinge and lens drop testing with 20,000-cycle hinge endurance on the structural platform, aligned to ANSI Z87.1 where required.
