Sports & Cycling Glasses OEM/ODM
Nearly 2,000 cyclists died on European roads in 2024, and head-down phone checks are a growing cause. Sports and cycling glasses with a HUD keep speed, power, navigation and calls in the rider's line of sight — with 8MP/12MP capture, wind-noise-cancelling audio and swappable lenses.

● Wind-Noise Acoustics SPEC. NO. EMS-SPT-ACO
Audio That Survives 40 km/h
At road speed, wind over the temple overwhelms ordinary microphones — the reason riders still pull over to take calls. Our reference design uses bone- and air-conduction drivers with a 4-mic AI ENC array, tuned in an acoustic chamber on a mannequin rig with a spectrum analyzer.
Wind-noise suppression is measured at 30, 40 and 50 km/h against a calibrated wind source, and the ENC coefficients are baked into firmware so every production unit inherits the same tuning.
The same platform carries the magnetic 3-in-1 lens system — polarized for glare, photochromic for shifting light, clear for night — swapped in seconds without tools. The same platform also accepts a companion action-camera upgrade without retooling, so one chassis serves both your HUD and capture SKUs.
Riders punish gear. Our sports line is tested on real descents — vibration, sweat, rain and road grit — with EN166 and ANSI Z87.1 lens options where certified eyewear is required. The magnetic lens swap system survives 10,000 change cycles, and the HUD stays readable from dawn to dusk through adaptive brightness.

Four Lens and Safety Options
Polarized
Cuts water and road glare — the default for sunny group rides.
Photochromic
Adapts from clear to dark in shifting dawn-and-dusk light.
Magnetic Swap
A 3-in-1 lens kit changes in seconds, no tools required.
Impact Standards
EN166 and ANSI Z87.1 options satisfy retailer safety requirements.

● Ride Notes SPEC. NO. EMS-SPT-DEP
Tuned for Glanceability at Speed
The HUD updates at a rate your eyes can catch at speed, with adaptive brightness from dawn to dusk. Data arrives from ANT+ and Bluetooth sensors — speed, power, cadence and navigation — displayed in a layout your brand controls through the SDK.
Lenses are the safety story: polarized, photochromic and clear options swap magnetically, and EN166 or ANSI Z87.1 grades satisfy retailers who refuse uncertified eyewear. The swap mechanism is rated for 10,000 cycles.
Cycling brands typically pilot with 100 units in spring, iterate on lens tint and HUD layout through summer, and reorder for the next season — the 14-day sample loop is built for exactly that rhythm, and the 12MP camera shares the chassis so one tooling investment yields two retail SKUs.
The frame survives the boring stuff too: hinge cycles, sweat-soak chambers, vibration rigs and minus-10 to plus-50 degree Celsius storage tests are all part of the standard qualification, documented per model.
For team programs, we pre-load club colors and race-day layouts, and ship demo units with a setup guide so sponsors present consistent hardware at every event.
Riders report the biggest habit change is leaving the phone in the jersey — HUD navigation plus open-ear audio covers the ride, and the capture camera documents it.
