From RFQ to Shipping in Six Stages
RFQ & Spec Freeze
We turn your brief into a written spec — features, frame, optics, target price band. You approve the spec and sign the NDA before any work starts. Your input: share target market and reference products.
NRE & Tooling
One-time engineering and mold investment is quoted transparently and credited against mass-production volume. You approve the NRE schedule before tooling begins. Your input: confirm volumes to size the tooling correctly.
Prototype
Working prototypes ship 14 days after spec freeze, with photos, test notes and a BOM. You evaluate fit, finish and features. Your input: a 3–5 day review window with written feedback.
Certification
CE (RED/EMC/LVD/RoHS), FCC, BQB and UN38.3 documents are prepared in parallel — 4–12 weeks for standard scope. Your input: retailer and market requirements so the test plan matches your channels.
Mass Production
30–45 day production runs with per-unit traceability and AQL inspection before shipping. Your input: approve pre-shipment samples and sign off the AQL level.
Ship & Support
Battery-compliant export packing, door-to-door freight and post-shipment firmware OTA support. Your input: release payment against the shipping documents.
